What does the 5 Day Challenge involve?

The 5 Day Challenge is a program where you simply input your email address once and get health tips for your pooch emailed to you each day for 5 days. You will be asked a few simple questions each day and if you complete all of the questions on all 5 days, we will enter you into a prize draw to be in with a chance of winning Pets At Home vouchers.

Can you give me some examples of the questions that will be asked?

The questions will either be multiple choice, or open format and will involve basic information about you/ your dog, such as 'Has your dog ever had any joint problems?'

Why are you collecting this information?

We are collecting information from dog owners across the UK to help us to understand more about dog health so we can continue to provide relevant and current information.

What's in it for me?

As well as getting 5 completely free dog health information pages, if you take part in the questionnaire, you'll be entered into a prize draw to be in with a chance of winning Pets At Home vouchers.
